Terms of Service

These simple terms explain the rules for using BingeLingo, an independent third-party subtitle add-on that works only inside Stremio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and for personal language learning.

Accounts and installations

You are responsible for your account, the private installation links you create, and activity performed through them. Revoke a link from your dashboard if it is exposed or no longer needed.

Subtitles and service limits

Subtitle availability depends on third-party source tracks. AI-generated glosses, translations, quiz questions, and dictionary results can contain mistakes and are not professional instruction. Free and paid plans have the allowances shown on the pricing page. Dual subtitles are available without a generation allowance when both source tracks exist.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew at the start of each subscription period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Unused allowances do not roll over. Stripe handles payment details; BingeLingo does not store card numbers.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, source-provider rules, or security controls. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect the service or other users.

Availability and changes

The service depends on Stremio, subtitle providers, AI providers, hosting, and payment services. We may change features, limits, or availability and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
